COMPUTER INSTALL/DE-INSTALL SERVICES
Dynamix will install and/or de-install hardware upon request by the client. When
equipment is received from a location not covered under the maintenance contract, Dynamix will
determine the suitability of the equipment in relationship to OEM standards and the client
environment. If the new equipment is found to be within OEM specifications and compatible
with the client operating environment, it will be considered acceptable for maintenance. Dynamix will inspect equipment that does not meet OEM standards and/or requires rehabilitation or repair prior to assumption of maintenance. After inspection, Dynamix will generate a detailed report of required actions and a structured proposal for bringing the equipment into compliance with OEM standards.
